LaterOnTerms of Service
Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using LaterOn (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LaterOn. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.
The Service
LaterOn helps you plan same-day in-person hangouts with people you know. You can connect with friends, organize crews, post outings, and respond to invitations.
Your account
You sign in with phone verification. You are responsible for activity on your account, agree to provide accurate profile information, and may delete your account at any time from the You tab.
Acceptable use
You agree not to violate any law or others' rights; harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others; engage in CSAE, share CSAM, or otherwise endanger minors (see our Child Safety Standards); impersonate others; use the Service for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the Service's operation or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Outings and plans
LaterOn includes product rules such as scheduling windows and RSVP behavior described in the app and FAQ. Hosts and guests are responsible for their own conduct and safety when meeting in person. LaterOn does not guarantee attendance, venue availability, or outcomes of meetups.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as profile photos and outing messages). You grant LaterOn a limited license to host, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or our safety standards.
Third-party services
The Service uses third-party services including Firebase and Google Maps. Optional Facebook linking is subject to Meta's terms. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their policies.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LATERON AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaterOn from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which LaterOn operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited.
